Here's one to add to your list of to-do's!  This Beauty Bowl is packed with live cultures, aka probiotics, aka beneficial bacterium!  And otherwise noteworthy ingredients are full of antioxidants, hunger-sustainers and toxin absorbers!  Yup, it's pretty much perfect for a day like today.

One of the main superfoods I decided to spotlight in this bowl is E3 live.  Sounds like a cool new lounge by the sea, but its way better than that and from the sea!!

Did you know wild-harvested, organic afa blue-green algae, E3Live provides more than 65 vitamins, minerals, amino acids & essential fatty acids?  Well it does! And, it's a rich and easily absorbed form of chlorophyll, and is considered by many health authorities to be nature's most complete and nutrient dense superfood.

Heres how you can make your own little bowl full of beauty...

  • 2 1/2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup grass fed plain yogurt or plain coconut yogurt

  • 1 tbsp raw local honey

  • 1 handful of blueberries

Top with:

  • organic sliced banana

  • organic chia seeds

  • organic coconut flakes-no additives

  • organic kiwi

  • passion fruit

  • *yogurt covered goji berries optional

Blend bananas, yogurt and honey.  Separate half into cup and set aside in freezer.  Blend second half with blueberries.  Now combine both mixtures in a bowl and top with toppings.  Enjoy immediately!
