Neopolitan Cream

Need an extra cup of love today?  I know I do!  So here's a yummy neapolitan for two to get your oxytocin flowin'!  

Ingredients:

3 tbsp organic rolled oats

*2 strawberries

Bottom layer:

1 organic avocado

2 tsp organic cacao powder

1 tbsp raw local honey

Middle layer:

3/4c coconut yogurt

1/2c organic strawberries

1 tbsp raw local honey

Top Layer:

1/2c organic coconut cream

1 tbsp raw local honey

1 vanilla caviar

Blend each layer.  Line the bottom of your glasses with the oats. Layer mixtures on top equally in each cup.

*To create heart shaped strawberries, slice 2 strawberries in small 1/4 in slices.  Use tiny heart shaped cookie cutters and cut your heart shapes.  Press them against the glass about halfway and then layer in your mixtures.

Top with more strawberries and enjoy immediately!
