When I first began discovering all the benefits of turmeric I quickly realized it would be a

game changer for many people who suffer from daily dull and sharp pain from inflammation. I knew it was in curries, which I love, but I didn't eat curry nearly enough to get all the consistent benefits I could be getting. Sooooo that led me to find more ways to incorporate this spice into my life!

I ran into a few recipes online, tried a few and began to narrow down one that I saw myself enjoying every other day if possible, Golden Milk.
I am a lover of great teas, and ones with rich color like Golden Milk was a perfect addition!
I know, I know, spicy milk?! Sounds kinda gross but if you love creamy sweetness and warm hugs, then this drink is surprisingly delicious!
